Hemorrhoid

Assalamualaikum.

it was a shame actually..
i just want to tell u guys what is hemorrhoid which in Malay it was so called 'buasir'

This is the anatomy of hemorrhoid



anatomy means structure of organ..so now we learn about the structure involve in hemorrhoid.

there are 2 types of hemorrhoid/buasir: internal & external



Actually it will become so painful and lead to critical stage when it is untreated
So guys..can u guess what are the signs and symptoms?

1)Prolapsed Internal Hemorrhoids

Prolapse of an internal hemorrhoid occurs when the internal hemorrhoids swell and extend from their location in the rectum through the anus. A prolapsed internal hemorrhoid:

a)can be felt as a lump outside the anus;

b)can be gently pushed back through the anus, this may resolve the problem of prolapse but does not fix the hemorrhoid itself;

c)may enlarge and swell even more if they cannot be pushed back;

d)may become entrapped, which requires medical attention.

Hemorrhoids may also cause pruritus ani or itching around the anus, and a constant feeling of needing to have a bowel movement.


2)Thrombosed External Hemorrhoids

a)Thrombosed external hemorrhoids are a painful condition. These occurs when a blood clot develops in the hemorrhoid causing swelling and inflammation.

b)When a blood clot occurs in a hemorrhoid, the hemorrhoid will become even more swollen. This swelling leads to increased pain.

c)The pain is usually worse with bowel movements and may increase with sitting.

d)Thrombosed external hemorrhoids often need medical care and treatment

Hemorrhoid can be caused by constipation, pregnancy, childbirth, obesity, heavy lifting, sitting for long periods and diarrhea

As i read the articles about this condition, there are 5 natural remedies for relieving hemorrhoid:

a)drink up 6-8 glass of water per day to reduce your pain
b)soaking in a sitz bath (warm water) to promote blood flow and provide pain relief to affected area
c)apply ice pack at affected area to reduce swelling
d)eat high-fiber diet to improve recovery
e)keep moving means get active life style.
Regular exercise helps the body digest food, allowing it to pass through the body more quickly. Simply going for a 10-15 minute walk each day can get your bowels moving and greatly reduce the chance of getting hemorrhoids.

How to get slimmer thigh :))

It's sound interesting right?because i have this problem..
so, i hope this will work..

i just google it and finally found this..lets try:))

Instructions

1. Ramp up your cardio. Start walking or running to burn calories easily in your thighs. Running is probably the best cardiovascular exercise that can be done to promote weight loss in the leg and thigh region. Invest in a treadmill or head outdoors to start burning calories instantly.

4.Try out the new gym shoes that improve your fitness while you walk. These new shoes help to tone your thighs and legs with every stride. Sketchers makes a great shoe and many people swear by the positive results that it renders.

5.Cut out sugar from your diet. Too much sugar can cause unnecessary weight gain in your thighs. Try using a sugar substitute or eat fruit if you must fulfill your sweet tooth.

2)I have to do more exercise, cannot just sleeping
